Dermasaver SkinTubes combine two layers of soft, lightweight MicroSpring textile to form a loose fitting tube that stays in place to protect fragile skin.

The SkinTubes are not tight or binding and unlike foams, gels and fleece, they reduce all of the conditions that cause skin breakdown. The layers of microfilaments allow airflow and moisture transfer and base layers are protected by the Aegis Microbe shield which uses an EPA registered antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of micro-organisms on the SkinTube.

To apply, it is simply slipped over the arm or leg, the narrower end gently rests on the ankle or wrist to stay in place; there are no hook or loop fasteners and no tight fitting spandex. The cross microfilaments in the MicroSpring textile allows the soft tubes to be self-supporting; they wont slip down or bunch up.

SkinTubes can be washed and tumble dried up to 95 degrees celsius.
