What is the delivery time?
Delivery is dependent on where you live:
- approximately one to three working days in metropolitan areas
- approximately two to five working days in country areas.
When an item is unavailable, you will be notified at the time of ordering and your consultant will provide an estimated arrival date. Where possible an alternative product will also be offered should you need the item right away.

Will my products be delivered in discreet boxes?
On request your products will be discreetly wrapped and packaged in non identifying boxes, so you can be assured of your privacy. Please ensure that you request discreet wrapping in delivery instructions when finishing your order online. Mention it to your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant when ordering over the phone, or note your preference on the order form for postal and fax orders. You can request discreet wrapping for all future orders, simply ask your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant.
How do I pay for my order?

What happens if a product is faulty?
If a product is faulty it can be returned, Intouch Direct will confirm the return address when you call 1800 WOUNDS to report the fault.
What if a product is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive damaged goods you must notify Intouch Direct within 14 days on 1800 WOUNDS. Replacement products will be dispatched for your convenience.
What if the wrong products have been delivered?
