Intouch is the exclusive national supplier of the Continence Aids Assistance Scheme (CAAS), managed on behalf of the Department of Health and Ageing. The program assists eligible people who have permanent and severe incontinence to meet some of the costs of continence products. CAAS clients receive a subsidy of up to $489.95 per year on continence products ordered through Intouch.

Intouch is also a national supplier of continence aids on behalf of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP).
