• the exclusive supplier of the Continence Aids Assistance Scheme (CAAS) managed on behalf of the Department of Health and Ageing since 1997
• a national supplier of continence aids on behalf of the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP).
